The 8x4.50 swimming pool is in the garden, which is furnished with a gazebo, chairs and sunbeds. The villa is divided into three apartments provided with all comforts (tv, dish washer, washing machine and independent heating). Families with babies are welcome. Five-a-side football fields, tennis courts and a manège are only a few kilometres away from the villa. Wine tastings and wine taster courses are organized. Shops and services are in Pontassieve (6.5 km).
