Location
The villa stands at an altitude of about 300 meters on the hills of Lower Valdarno, at a stone's throw from the Chianti district, in Montespertoli (Florence).
From a geographical point of view, Chianti is a large area stretching in Tuscany between the provinces of Florence and Siena. The hills of Chianti are dotted with picturesque medieval villages and charming castles. The area is also rich in museums of sacred art that house wonderful items collected from the churches in the surroundings and in museums devoted to peasant culture.
The name Chianti, however, is specially linked to the famous wine produced in the region. Extra-virgin olive oil is another excellent product of Chianti agriculture. Many oil and wine festivals take place in the Chianti district especially in spring and between September and November.
Description
A few kilometers from the early 20th century villa are Montelupo Fiorentino - the town of ceramics -, Vinci - where the famous Leonardo was born - and Certaldo - which is renowned for having given birth to Giovanni Boccaccio. Florence, Siena, Pisa and the Chianti district are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips at the discovery of their monuments and the specialties of Tuscan cuisine.
In proximity to the villa are also a tennis club and a golf club.
In the garden that surrounds the elegant building are the private swimming pool with whirlpool corner (12x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) and the barbecue equipment.

The villa is a three-story building composed of two kitchens, dining room, TV room, two living rooms, home office with television set, storeroom, laundry room, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, two single bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a dressing room and a sixth bathroom.
