The castle (12 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Castelfiorentino, in Empoli countryside, near Florence. Built along the via Francigena, which the pilgrims coming from northern Europe used to go to Rome, until the 17th century the castle belonged to the Counts Alberti from Certaldo. The castle was built in the 13th century, but today the square brick tower and the ramparts around the villa are the sole original elements. The buildings are surrounded by a wide garden overlooking the countryside and San Gimignano towers. In the garden there are the swimming pool (10x5 m) shaded by a porch, the lemon-house, which has been transformed into a living room, and a gazebo where guests can sip their aperitifs enjoying the breathtaking view. The complex is provided with satellite TV, Jacuzzi in four bathrooms, air conditioning, computer with ADSL Internet connection, dish washer and washing machine. Maid service three hours six days a week, breakfast (on Sundays upon request) and weekly linen change included in the price. Cooker and shopping service available upon request.

The two-storey villa (5 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) is composed of fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms with fireplace, dining room with fireplace and access to the garden, library with fireplace, computer, fax and Internet connection. 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi (one with Jacuzzi and shower), 2 twin bedrooms and en-suite bathroom (one with Jacuzzi and shower and the other with bathtub and shower), ironing room and 1 toilette. One of the double bedrooms features a fireplace and balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The tower (1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom) stands next to the villa and composes of living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Panoramic balcony on the roof.
