The complex (from 8 to 16 sleeping accommodations) is situated on a hill in Empoli countryside, equally distant from Florence, Pisa and Siena. Historical towns, such as Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano, and the Tyrrherian Sea are reached in one or two hours by car.

The complex consists in two barns facing one another and in a big swimming pool (5x10 m), at guests` disposal. Provided with all comforts (air conditioning, heating system, satellite TV, dish washer and washing machine), the barns are furnished in Tuscan style. Each barn disposes of a private garden with tables and chairs. The complex is surrounded by the vineyards, olive groves and cypresses characterizing the Tuscan countryside landscape.

The two barns (each of which offers 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms with shower) spread out over two floors and compose of fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, laundry room, 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower), 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Renting formulas:
Groups up to 8 people can rent one of the two barns and share the use of the swimming pool.
Groups from 9 to 16 people can rent both barns and enjoy the exclusive use of the swimming pool.
