The farmhouse (6 sleeping accommodations) stands in a farm situated on a hill in Gambassi Terme, in Empoli countryside, not far from Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra- The building is surrounded by a 62-hectare estate covered with vineyards, olive groves and oak and holm-oak woods. The estate includes a small lake, where deers and roes like drinking.

The farmhouse is an independent building with private patio and swimming pool and provided with all comforts (Internet connection, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher).

At guests` disposal: barbecue equipment. Breakfast is served upon reservation in the large room situated in the farm main building. Upon request, guests can have it served in their private lodge.
