The guests are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool in the garden. The ancient town of Cortona, with its Etruscan, Roman and Medieval archeological findings, is only a few kilometres from the villa and offers all kind of shops and services. In proximity of the villa there are tennis courts, a manège and the Lake Trasimeno.
