The farmhouse (sleeping 8+3) stands 400 meters above sea level on the hills of Valdichiana, just 3 kilometers from Arezzo historic center, and is surrounded by 40 hectares vineyards, olive groves and orchards.

Between a walk or a mountain-bike or horseback ride in the surrounding countryside and a trip to Cortona, Monterchi, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Siena or Florence, guests can relax by the private swimming pool with whirlpool corner (14x7 m; depth: 1.40 m) situated in the garden a few meters from the house and furnished with sunshades and sun loungers. In the garden are also a dining table, a wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment.

The two-story building (2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 supplementary single beds, 3 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom) is divided into two independent apartments that can be united to form a large one, and composes of some spaces for private parties and events, two kitchens, two living rooms, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms and a half bathroom.
Three supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms upon request.
