Situated in Valdichiana, in proximity to Cortona, a famous small town of Etruscan origin in the province of Arezzo, the villa (8+2 sleeping accommodations) is the ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing vacations in the Tuscan countryside. The estate is surrounded by the olive groves of the Val d`Esse and lies next to the Abbey of Sant`Angelo, an ancient 12th-century Romanesque church.

The building is surrounded by a fully fenced garden in which are a slide and swing for children, the barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The fully fenced swimming pool (8x3 m) situated about 10 meters from the building is at guests` disposal from May to September.

The villa is provided with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, hair dryer), and a cook is available upon request.

Built around the mid of the 20th century, the three-story building (3 double-bedded rooms and 2 single bedrooms + 2 supplementary sleeping accommodations, and 3 bathrooms) composes of large entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, lounge with TV set and DVD player, two small anteroom halls with balcony, three double-bedded rooms (one with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and one with balcony), two single bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilette.
Two sleeping accommodations can be added in one of the double-bedded rooms.
