The holiday villa (sleeping 9) is the result of the transformation of an ancient sighting tower situated in Montecchio di Cortona (Arezzo), a village on the hills of Valdichiana. Important Tuscan cities of art, such as Arezzo, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Chiusi della Verna and Siena, are within easy car reach, as well as Lake Trasimeno. In proximity to the villa are also a riding stable, a golf club and the Valdichiana Outlet Village.

The recently renovated stone-and-brick tower enjoys a wonderful view over Valdichiana and Cortona, and is surrounded by an 8000-square-meter park furnished with barbecue equipment, tables, sun loungers and a sunshade. Here is also the private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.50 m). Guests can have their meals al fresco under the pergola in front of the swimming pool.

The villa is equipped with all comforts (fireplace, air conditioning on the second floor, fans, wood-burning oven, Finnish sauna, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, fridge, freezer, moka coffee-maker, American-style coffee-maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, cover car parking place). Some bicycles are at guests` disposal.

The villa (2 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 triple bedroom and 3 bathrooms) is a three-story building composing of kitchen, living room with fireplace and wood-burning oven, Finnish sauna, two double-bedded rooms (one with ensuite bathroom), a twin-bedded room, a triple bedroom with marble wash-basin and access to a panoramic balcony, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
