The villa (6+4 sleeping accommodations) is located in Centoia, near Cortona (Arezzo), in Valdichiana and is an excellent departure point for visiting Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo, Montalcino and Siena. Lake Trasimeno and the thermal baths in Chianciano Terme are just a few kilometers from the estate and are easily reached by car. Nature lovers can have pleasant walks and mountain-bike rides along the routes that stretch around the villa. Furnished in rustic style, the building is divided into five apartments with independent entrance and provided with independent heating and alarm systems. The villa comes also with satellite TV, air conditioning (additional charges apply), microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and covered private parking place for four cars. A cradle, a high chair and some bicycles are supplies upon request. A cook, a baby sitter, a maid service and an Internet dongle are available upon request (additional charges apply). In the wide garden that surrounds the building lies a private swimming pool (5x12 m). Situated about 10 meters from the house and reached through some natural stone steps, the swimming pool is open from May to September. The pool side is furnished with sunshades and sun loungers. Near the swimming pool are also a bathroom with shower and a tool shed. A wooden veranda with a trussed roof and furnished for having meals al fresco surrounds the building. At guests` disposal: a gazebo with a kitchen, closed and provided with heating system.
