The villa (10+2 sleeping accommodations) stands on a hill in proximity to Cortona, in Terontola (Arezzo), in Valdichiana. Situated in strategic position at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the Tuscan countryside, but also for visiting Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo, Chiusi, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, Orvieto, Florence and other important cities of art and culture in Tuscany and central Italy. The villa enjoys a breathtaking view over the valley below.

Around the building stretched an oak wood of about 3 hectares, in which lies also a pond. Next to the estate is a lovely Romanesque church.

On both sides of the house is a garden furnished with gazebo, table and chairs, wood-burning oven, sink, barbecue equipment, deck chairs and a swing.

In the garden are also the private swimming pool (4x9 m; depth: 1.50 m), open from June to September and surrounded by a solarium area, and a gym area equipped with fitness step platform, trampoline, dumbbells and fitness bike. A table-tennis table is at guests` disposal on a panoramic terrace.

The villa is provided with all comforts (working fireplaces, wood-burning oven, barbecue, satellite TV, DVD player, electric oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, chest freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, bicycles and private car parking place).

A baby sitter, an Internet dongle, a cook for dinners and cooking lessons and a maid service are supplied upon request (additional charges apply).

The two-story building (4 double-bedded rooms, 2 single rooms, 2 supplementary single beds and 4 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments and in total composes of two kitchens, two living rooms with fireplace, two laundry rooms, four double-bedded rooms, two single rooms, two bathrooms with bathtub and two bathrooms with shower.

Two supplementary single beds can be added in two of the double-bedded rooms.
