The farmhouse (10 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the countryside around Arezzo, in Valdichiana, about 5 kilometers from the town center, and is an excellent accommodation for those who want to visit Cortona, Anghiari, Castiglion Fiorentino, Caprese Michelangelo, the many tourist destinations in Valdichiana, Casentino, Valtiberina and Valdarno, and important Tuscan cities of art, such as Siena and Florence. Built in the second half of the 17th century and skillfully and elegantly renovated, the farmhouse is provided with all comforts (Internet connection, air conditioning, satellite TV, fireplace, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and private car parking place). A baby sitter, a cook and a maid service are available upon request. A hectare of cultivated land surrounds the building. Guests are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool and of the surrounding garden, situated about 30 meters from the house. The swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.50 m) has Roman steps and is open from May to September. A half bathroom near the swimming pool is reserved to the use of the guests. In the garden are a wood-burning oven, the barbecue equipment and a covered car parking place. The farmhouse is a two-story building divided into three apartments. The two apartments on the ground floor (3 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 5 bathrooms) are reserved to guests, whereas in the one on the first floor live the owners of the estate. In their way home, they have to pass through the portico at the front of the house, which is 30 meters from the swimming pool and the garden. Apartment A is divided into kitchen, wide living room, one double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower, and one twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower. Apartment B composes of a wide living room with fireplace and kitchenette and two double-bedded rooms, both coming with an ensuite bathroom with shower. A further bedroom (bedroom C) has an independent entrance; it is furnished with two single beds and comes with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two sleeping accommodations for children are available upon request.
