The luxurious villa (sleeping 10+4) is a former farmhouse that stands 200 meters above sea level close to Bucine (Arezzo), in Upper Valdarno. The villa is the ideal accommodation for several types of tourists: a riding stable about one kilometer from the estate organizes horseback excursions in the neighborhood for nature lovers; art and culture lovers can visit San Gimignano, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona, Florence and many other more or less renowned Tuscan and central-Italy tourist destinations; those who want to relax and devote to their well-being can visit Rapolano Terme spas; last but not least, a golf club and a tennis club are a few kilometers from the villa. Guests can easily reach all these place thanks to the satellite navigator with the addresses of shops, services and places of interest, the iPad with interactive maps of various towns, the notes in English on many places to visit at their disposal at the villa, together with a list of shops and services with addresses, phone numbers and distances from the property. The private swimming pool (7x17 m; depth: 1.40 m) that lies about 30 meters from the building is exclusively reserved to guests. The swimming pool features a whirlpool area for three people. On the poolside are some sun loungers, a table, some chairs and two speakers streaming some music. In an annex by the swimming pool are a sauna for 6/8 people, a room with a gas cooker, a fireplace, an electric oven, the barbecue equipment and a wood-burning oven, and a bathroom. A large dining table is in the garden near the kitchen. The villa (4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 4 supplementary single beds and 5 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (one of them has also a whirlpool bathtub) and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Four supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms.
