The villa (10+3 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on the side of Pratomagno, near Loro Ciuffenna, in the province of Arezzo. Situated in an area rich in Romanesque parish churches and medieval hamlets, the villa is the ideal accommodation for those who dream of holidays in close contact with nature, at the discovery of less-renowned jewels of the Tuscan art. Important cities of art, including Arezzo, Siena, Pisa and Florence, are easily reached by car and train.

Provided with all comforts (satellite TV, DVD player, video cassette recorder, PlayStation2, ADSL Internet connection, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, iron and hair dryer), the villa is surrounded by a wide fully fenced garden furnished with outdoor furniture, in which are the barbecue equipment and the swimming pool (6x12 m; depth 1.40 m). The pool side is furnished with sun loungers. A cot bed and three covered garages are at guests` disposal.

The two-storey building (5 double bedrooms + sofa bed and supplementary single bed in one of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is divided into fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 4 double-bedded rooms, 1 bunk-bedded room with a third pull-out bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen opens onto the porch furnished for eating al fresco.
