Tuscany Vacation Villas

Location

The villa stands at an altitude of about 150 meters on the hills of Upper Valdarno, a few kilometers from Terranuova Bracciolini.

Upper Valdarno is a part of Tuscany rich in landscape beauties and great works of art. The cliffs of the Buca delle Fate, the nature reserve of Bandella and the so-called Croce del Pratomagno, a panoramic point offering wonderful views of the Valdarno and Casentino regions, are true must-sees.
The basilica and museum of Santa Maria delle Grazie in San Giovanni Valdarno, the Romanesque church of Santa Maria a Scò in Piandiscò and the medieval village of Castelfranco di Sopra are worth a visit as well.


Description

In origin a farmhouse, the villa is immersed in a wide park with the private swimming pool (60 m²), equipped with parasols and sun loungers, and the barbecue equipment.

Many Tuscan cities of art, including Caprese Michelangelo, Sansepolcro, Arezzo and Anghiari, Casentino and the Chianti region are within easy driving distance. Many paths stretch around the property, for pleasant walks and horseback or mountain-bike rides. Last but not least, an outlet village is a few kilometers from the villa.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-story building split into four independent apartments. In total there are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Three bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
The laundry is in a separated room.


Facilities and Services

The villa is equipped with outdoor whirlpool bathtub, barbecue, radio and CD player, television set, oven, microwave oven and private car parking place.
Cooking lessons and visits to nearby wineries and dairies are organized upon request.
Guests can also hire some bicycles and the horses of the farm for guided rides in the surrounding countryside.
