The villa stands in the gorgeous Val d`Orcia countryside, in Castiglione d`Orcia (Siena). Its windows and the garden command Campiglia d`Orcia, Radicofani and Rocca d`Orcia, whereas the silhouette of mount Amiata is to be seen in the distance. Equipped with all comforts (Internet connection, table-football table, table-tennis table, working fireplace, satellite TV, fridge, freezer, toaster, squeezer, moka coffee maker, American-style coffee maker, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and private car parking place), the villa dates back to the early 20th century and has been renovated with an eye to preserving its original structures. The large rooms have beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors and are furnished in rustic style and with antique items. The high hedge that surrounds the 6,500-square-meter garden grants the utmost privacy. The garden is equipped with swings and a slide for children, a gazebo with tables and benches and a barbecue. In the garden there is also the private panoramic swimming pool (7.50x15 m; depth: 1.35-1.45 m), furnished with sunshades, chairs, deck chairs and wrought-iron sun loungers. Some cot beds and some bicycles are at guests` disposal.

The holiday villa is the ideal accommodation for various types of tourists: sport and mountain lovers can trek on mount Amiata slopes; art lovers can visit Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Montepulciano and many other more-or-less famous Tuscan destinations; whereas those who want to relax and dedicate to their body can visit the thermal baths of Bagni San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni.

The two-story building is divided into three apartments provided with living room with kitchen corner, fireplace and dining area, independent heating system and satellite TV. The villa composes of a common room with fireplace, some tables and a well-equipped kitchenette; three kitchen corners; three double bedrooms; two triple bedrooms (with a single bed in the loft); five bathrooms; one half bathroom. A supplementary single bed can be added in the loft of one of the triple rooms. A double sofa bed is in the living room of the apartment on the first floor..
