Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa (sleeping 11+3) is situated 350 meters above sea level in Chianti, close to Valdelsa, in Monteriggioni, a small town in the province of Siena that in the course of the centuries was at the center of a bloody struggle between Florence and Siena and is mentioned in Dante`s "Divine Comedy".
Siena, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Pienza and the Chianti region are within a few kilometers of the villa: renting it could, therefore, be an excellent opportunity to taste the pecorino cheese, the "pici" (a special kind of fresh pasta) and the great wines (Vernaccia, Nobile and Chianti) produced in the area.

The 18th century villa is surrounded by a wide garden in which lies the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.30-1.80 m). The pool side is equipped with an external shower, some sun loungers and a pergola furnished with table and deck chairs.
In the garden are also some tables for having meals al fresco and the barbecue equipment.

The complex (1 triple bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 single sofa beds, 1 single folding bed and 4 bathrooms) consists in the villa and two annexes.

The villa (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 2 bathrooms) is a three-story building composed of fully equipped kitchen, living room with access to the garden, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom.
The Guest House (1 double bedroom, 1 single sofa bed, 1 single folding bed and 1 bathroom) is a two-story building composed of living room with kitchenette, dining area and single sofa bed, loft with a single folding bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The Restored Barn (1 double bedroom, 1 single sofa bed and 1 bathroom) composes of living room with kitchenette, dining area and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
