Situated atop a hill in the Valdelsa region, the farmhouse (11+2 sleeping accommodations) enjoys an impressive view over the medieval village of Casole d`Elsa, in the province of Siena. San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Colle Val d`Elsa are just a few kilometres from the farmhouse, whereas Florence, Pisa and Siena are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips. At the back of the estate stretches a gorgeous wood, where those who like trekking can have marvellous walks and mountain-bike rides. In the garden that surrounds the building lies the swimming pool (12x6 m, maximum depth 1.45 m), featuring a whirlpool corner and furnished with sunshades and sun loungers. The swimming pool is at guests` disposal from May to September. The farmhouse features also a paved terrace provided with the barbecue equipment. The farmhouse has been renovated with an eye to preserving some traditional elements, such the beamed ceilings. Provided with all comforts (whirlpool bathtub, stereo system with radio and CD player, satellite TV, dishwasher), the farmhouse is furnished in rustic style. A cot bed and a high chair are supplied for free upon request. Continental breakfast, a cook and extra cleaning service are available upon request (additional charges apply). Possibility of renting the farmhouse for wedding ceremonies. Just a few kilometres from the farmhouse are a tennis club, a golf club and riding stables.

In total, it features two kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms with fireplace, laundry room, 3 double bedrooms (two with en-suite bathroom with shower), 1 twin-bedded room (convertible into a double-bedded room), 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed, 2 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Possibility of adding two single beds in two of the double-bedded rooms.
