The building overlooks the surrounding olive groves, vineyards and corn fields. The nearby village of Scrofiano and Lucignano are also to be seen.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden, in which are a table-football and a table-tennis table. The
swimming pool is slightly set away from the building and surrounded by a row of trees. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, sunshades and an outdoor shower. On the right of the entrance is a porch furnished for eating al fresco and equipped with a wood-burning oven.
The 17th-century farmhouse features some traditional elements of the Tuscan country houses, such as terracotta-tiled and beamed ceilings, terracotta-tiled floors and dark-wood furniture, and is provided with working fireplace, pellet stove, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The barbecue equipment is at guests` disposal.
Guests are granted the
exclusive use of the swimming pool and garden. In case of need, they can contact the owners of the farmhouse, who live nearby.
