Location The stone villa stands at an altitude of about 580 meters on the hills of the Chianti Classico region, near Castellina in Chianti. A stay at this beautiful villa for rent will offer guests the opportunity to visit San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Panzano, Tavarnelle, Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti and all the charming villages scattered in the countryside between Florence and Siena. The Chianti region is mainly renowned for being the production area of the homonymous wine, and during their vacations at the property guests can taste the Chianti DOCG in the wineries where it is produced. Description Situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Volterra, Colle Val d'Elsa and many other Tuscan tourist destinations lying within easy driving distance. A wide garden furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco surrounds the villa. The private swimming pool (13x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) is on a lower level than the house and overlooks the surrounding countryside. The villa is part of a farm producing olive oil and wine, which are at guests' disposal for tasting and purchasing. Accommodation The villa is a two-story building consisting of kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, two suites composed of a double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, and a sixth bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Facilities and Services The villa is provided with barbecue, fireplace, DVD player, oven, freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, blender, kettle, American-style coffee-maker, toaster, hair dryer, high chair and private car parking space.
