Situated in San Gusmè, close to Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena), in the Chianti Classico region, the farmhouse (4+2 sleeping accommodations) stands in the complex of Villa Arceno. Guests can thus visit the wide 16-hectare park of the 18th-century villa, its woods and its vineyards, and participate in the wine tasting events organized in the winery nearby. Siena, the towns of both Florentine and Sienese Chianti and Val d`Orcia are easily reached by short drives.

The accommodation unit is part of a farmhouse free on three sides that has been recently renovated in a rustic and elegant style and provided with all comforts (working fireplaces, wireless Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, safe, hair dryer and covered private parking place). Baby-sitting and house-maid services are available upon request (additional charges apply).

A wide garden of about 2,000 square meters furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a sunshade is exclusively reserved to guests. A fenced swimming pool (16x5 m; depth: 1.20-3 m) equipped with sun loungers and sunshades is to be shared with other two portions of the same farmhouse and is open from May 15th to September 15th.

At guests` disposal: a wisteria pergola furnished for having meals al fresco.

The farmhouse (1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of equipped kitchen with fireplace; living room with fireplace, computer with Internet connection, satellite TV and double sofa bed; one double-bedded room; one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed; three bathrooms with shower.
