Siena, Florence, Colle Val d`Elsa, Certaldo and San Gimignano are just a few kilometers from the rental villa and are within easy car reach. In proximity to the villa are also a riding stable, some tennis courts and a golf club.

The building - recently renovated, furnished in period style and provided with all comforts (air conditioning, working fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet connection, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, private car parking place and maid service one day a week included in the rental price) - stands in an estate that includes a park with century-old holm-oaks, a terrace with lemon trees and a yard with a gazebo furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco that overlooks the surrounding countryside and the castle of Monteriggioni. Guests are granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.40-1.60 m) that lies in a meadow trimmed with cypresses about 25 meters from the building. In case of need, guests can contact the keeper responsible for the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool.
