Situated a few kilometres from the natural park Monte Peglia-Selva di Meana, the farmhouse is the ideal starting point for excursions to the most important Umbrian and Tuscan cities of art (Todi Assisi, Spoleto, Florence, Siea and Arezzo) and to the lakes Bolsena, Chiusi and Trasimeno. The 16x7 swimming pool in the fenced and furnished garden is at the guests` disposal from May to September. The farmhouse has been carefully furnished in the local rustic style and is provided with all comforts (independent heating system, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, satellite TV, hi-fi system, hair-dryer and DVD/DviX/MP3 player).
