The villa stands about 250 meters above sea level near Pienza (Siena), in the heart of Val d`Orcia, the wide valley that stretches north-east of Mount Amiata, in the provinces of Siena and Grosseto.
The valley is also an important natural, artistic and cultural park, which UNESCO declared a World Heritage site in 2004. In the Renaissance many members of the so-called Sienese school reproduced the enthralling landscape that is to be admired from the windows of the villa in many frescoes and paintings.

The stone building is surrounded by a garden equipped with barbecue and three swings; some bicycles are at guests` disposal. A pergola is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.
The private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-1.40) situated about 15 meters from the villa and equipped with deck chairs, sunshades and sun loungers is exclusively reserved to guests.
The rooms have wooden floors and are furnished with modern furniture.
The villa is a two-story building composed of well-equipped kitchen, dining room, reading room and four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with whirlpool shower.
Two single pouf beds can be added in two of the bedrooms or in the reading room.
