Location The villa stands on the hills of Valdisieve, a few kilometers from Florence historic center, which can be easily reached by train as well as by car. A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to visit Florence most important monuments - Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, the basilica of Santa Croce - and to taste the dishes of the famous Florentine and Tuscan cuisine in one of the many trattorias in the Oltrarno district or along the road that connects Valdisieve to the main town of Tuscany. Description The small villa is located near Vallombrosa Nature Reserve, a wide forest that houses the homonymous abbey. Shopping lovers can visit the nearby outlet village selling popular luxury brands at discounted prices. The villa is an elegant and comfortably furnished building that features two terraces. On the first one lies the private swimming pool (7.50x4 m; depth: 1.50 m), exclusively reserved to guests; the second one overlooks the surrounding hills and is equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs for dining al fresco. A masonry barbecue is at guests' disposal. Accommodation The two-story small villa composes of dining area with kitchen corner, living room, two double bedrooms with private bathroom (one with bathtub and one with shower) and a studio flat consisting of living area with kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The studio flat is only accessible from the outside; the other two bedrooms have a direct access to the outside, as well. Facilities and Services The villa is equipped with barbecue, PC, microwave oven, oven, freezer, toaster, American-style coffee maker, tumble dryer and private car parking space.
