Villa Rossa) surrounded by orchards and olive groves. The villas overlook both the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apuan Alps. Far from the hectic city life and immersed in the peaceful Versilia hills, the estate is just a few kilometres from Lucca, Carrara, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence and the most important tourist destinations of the northern Tuscan coast.
Guests of both villas share the use of the swimming pool lying in the gorgeous garden, which is also furnished with gazebo, table and chairs for eating al fresco. The larger villa has also a wide covered panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs. Both villas are provided with washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless Internet connection, baby cot and private car port. Guests who have rented Villa Gialla can use the barbecue equipment and the dishwasher.

The complex composes of two villas:
Villa Gialla (10 sleeping accommodations - 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is a two-level building composing of kitchen, large living/dining room with bookcase, satellite TV and fireplace, and 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (two of them have also a private balcony). A 30 m² panoramic terrace furnished with table and chairs completes the villa. All bedrooms are provided with air conditioning.
