medieval hamlets of Buggiano Colle, Massa e Cozzile and Buggiano Castello are just a few kilometres from the estate and are easily reached by car. Equally within easy driving distance are
Montecatini thermal baths and Collodi, with its park dedicated to Pinocchio, the most famous puppet in the world, as well as important Tuscan cities of art, including Pistoia, Lucca and Florence. Just a few hundred metres from the villa is a riding stable that arranges guided horseback excursions. Shopaholics can visit the outlet shops in the vicinity.
The building is surrounded by olive groves and a garden, in which lies the
swimming pool,
exclusively reserved to guests. A paved area is equipped with a barbecue and a table sitting up to 12 people for having meals al fresco. The garden is furnished with sunshades and outdoor furniture. The estate is
fully fenced and is accessed through a remote-controlled gate.
The villa is divided into two independent apartments. Guests stay in the ground-floor one and are granted the
exclusive use of the swimming pool and of all of the external areas. In case of need, they can contact the owners, who live on the first floor.
The rented apartment (2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 4 bathrooms) composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace and table sitting up to 20 people, three large bedrooms provided with
air conditioning and four bathrooms.
