Tuscany Vacation Villas

The farmhouse (sleeping 10+6) stands 450 meters above sea level on the hills of Tuscan Maremma, in Sorano (Grosseto), in an area rich in archaeological sites, mainly of Etruscan origin. The estate includes many caves the Etruscan dug 3,000 years ago. The rocky settlement of Vitozza, Pitigliano, Sovano, Saturnia and Lake Bolsena are easily reached with a short drive. In proximity to the farmhouse are also the spas of Sorano, a riding stable and a tennis club.

The imposing tufa building stands on the lower terrace of the estate, and clings to a rocky face with the entrances to the Etruscan caves. Parties and dinners can be organized in the annex next to the house. The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.25-1.35 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.
Organic fruit and vegetables are produced in the orchard and vegetable garden situated on the upper terrace.


The farmhouse (3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 single sofa beds, 4 supplementary single beds and 3 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of two kitchens, two living rooms (one with two single sofa beds), three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Four supplementary single beds are added in the bedrooms upon request.
