Tuscany Villas for Rent

Surrounded by woods and vineyards, the farmhouse (14+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in a small village called Monteguidi, in the municipality of Casole d`Elsa, in Valdelsa, in Siena countryside. Thanks to its position, Colle Val d`Elsa, the whole Chianti district, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Florence are easily reached with short drives. The farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy surrounded by the wonderful Tuscan hills.

In the wide courtyard that surrounds the building, on a lower terrace and about 10 meters from the house, lies the private swimming pool (8x10 m; depth; 1.80 m), furnished with deck chairs and sunshades and open from June to September. In the patio furnished for having meals al fresco is the barbecue equipment.

Divided into four apartments with independent entrance, the farmhouse (which comes with table-tennis table, fireplaces, washing machine, microwave oven, hairdryer and private car parking place) features terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings, which are traditional elements of the Tuscan rural architecture. A person who can do the shopping or act as a guide, a maid service and a shuttle service are supplied upon request. The household linen is changed weekly.

The two-story building (7 double-bedded rooms, 2 supplementary single beds and 5 bathrooms) is divided into four independent apartments.

On the ground floor are apartment Ginestra (kitchen, living room, one double-bedded room accessible to disabled people, another double-bedded room and two bathrooms) and apartment Riccio (a bedsit with kitchenette, double bed and a bathroom).

On the first floor are apartment Lavanda and apartment Daino, both consisting in kitchen/living room with fireplace, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom.

A supplementary single bed may be added both in apartment Ginestra and in apartment Lavanda.
