The farmhouse (10 beds) leans against the slope of a hill in the province of Siena, between Pienza and Montepulciano, in Val d`Orcia. The building follows the slope of the hill; as a result, the rooms spread out over various levels. The garden has been organised in two terraces: on the upper one there are the swimming pool and a paved and partially covered area equipped with sunloungers, table and built-in kitchen with barbecue, fridge and sink; the lower one has been paved and decorated with a well-shaft and some oleanders in big pots. The farmhouse is provided with all comforts (Internet connection, satellite TV with DVD player, heating system, washing machine, dishwasher, heated towel rails, ceiling fans in the bedrooms) and composes of the main house, an annexe and a mini-apartment, which has been added during the recent renovation works. Various important cities of art and culture, such as Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Quirico d`Orcia and Siena, lie in the neighbourhood of the farmhouse, as well as Bagno Vignoni and Chianciano Terme, with their spas. Possibility of flying in a hot air balloon over the area and discovering Val d`Orcia from an unusual point of view. Those who love nature and living in the open air can hike along the numerous trekking pathways surrounding the farmhouse.
