The farmhouse (9 beds) is in Carmignano, in the Tuscan countryside. It is a semi-detached house dating back to the 18th century, with a garden and surrounded by 4 hectares of orchards and olive groves. In the garden there is a swimming pool at the guests` disposal. Wide terrace equipped for barbecue and covered verandah, private parking lot. At the guests` disposal: local agricultural products (extra-virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables), a cot and two bicycles. Not far from the farmhouse there are the Medicean villas of Artimino and Poggio a Caiano and Vinci, where Leonardo was born. Florence, Pistoia and Prato, three of the most important cities of the region, can by easily reached by car.

The farmhouse (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) has an area of 290 square meters, divided into three storeys. Ground floor: kitchen and dining room. On the upper floors: 2 living rooms (1 with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two), 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed and 4 bathrooms.
