Situated on the Versilia hills, in Monsagrati, the cottage (8+2 sleeping accommodations) is half way from Lucca historical center and the
beaches in Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, and stands in an estate of 70 hectares. Originally, it was the annex of the nearby villa, which dates back to the 18th century.
In the garden that surrounds the building, which is exclusively reserved to guests, lies the
private swimming pool (6x4 m; depth: 1.20 m), open from May to mid-October. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, sunshades and deck chairs.
Completely renovated with an eye to the Tuscan tradition, the building features terracotta-tiled floors and joisted ceilings and is furnished merging rustic style with modern design.
The villa is provided with all comforts (fireplace,
wireless Internet connection both in the house and in the garden, satellite TV, fridge, freezer, electric oven, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes-horse, wine rack with wine list and uncovered private car parking place).
A baby sitter, a cook and some bicycles are supplied upon request (additional charges apply).

The villa (2 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 2 supplementary single beds and 2 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of equipped kitchen, laundry area, two rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed, two double-bedded rooms and two bathrooms with shower.
Two supplementary single beds may be added in any of the bedrooms upon request.
The kitchen opens onto a large pergola furnished with table and chairs and provided with lighting system for having meals al fresco in the evening.
