beaches of Versilia, the farmhouse (sleeping 12) is part of a
three-hectare estate near Capannori, in Segromigno in Monte (Lucca).
A vacation at the farmhouse offers many entertainment opportunities: from walks and horseback or bike rides in the surrounding countryside to visits to Lucca, Pisa and other famous Tuscan cities of art; from a trip to Viareggio to a day at the spa in Montecatini Terme or in Bagni di Lucca.
In the large park that surrounds the farmhouse are a small
football field, a table-tennis table, a swing, the
private swimming pool (6.30x14 m; depth: 1.00-2.40 m), a
whirlpool bath with warm water and an outdoor shower.
The farmhouse (5 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 4 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a large dining area, five double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom with shower), one twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
The veranda is furnished with table and chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco.
