The villa (4/5/6/12/17/21 beds) is surrounded by the green Tuscan countryside and is situated a few kilometres from Florence. In the park of the villa there is the swimming pool, whose use is reserved to the guests`. The villa is divided into four apartments with all comforts. Every apartment has a veranda furnished with a table and some chairs. Apart from Florence, which is only 10 km from the villa, many other important Tuscan cities can be easily reached by car.

The villa is divided into four apartments:

Apartment 1 (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) - It sleeps 4 people and is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds, living/dining room with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment has two terraces.

Apartment 2 (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) - It sleeps up to 5 people and is composed of a dining room with kitchenette, a living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 2 bathrooms. A third single bed can be added in the twin-bed room.

Apartment 3 (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) - It is the biggest apartment of the villa and sleeps up to 6 people. It is composed of a dining room with kitchenette, a living room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 2 bathrooms.

Apartment 4 (2 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) - It sleeps 4 to 6 people and is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds, a dining room with kitchenette, a living room with double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. A third single bed can be added in the twin-bed room.
