Fienile. The Villa is an 11th-century building that was originally a convent. A few kilometers from the estate are several important Tuscan cities of art, such as Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Florence and San Gimignano.
Provided with all comforts (
wireless Internet connection, working fireplaces, electric or microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and uncovered private car parking place), the two houses have an independent entry and their own garden furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue equipment. Guests can make use of two bicycles, whereas a cook, baby-sitting, breakfast and house-maid services are available upon request.
The
swimming pool reserved to guests (4x8 m; depth: 1.20-1.50 m) is about 40 meters from the houses and is open from June to September.

The kitchen/dining room on the ground floor has direct access to the rear fenced garden.
The
Fienile (2 double-bedded rooms, 1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) is a two-story building composed of fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen anf the dining/living room have direct access to the garden.
