The residential complex (9/18/27/36 beds) is a few kilometres away from Greve in Chianti, the capital of the famous Chianti region, in Tuscany. It is composed of four semi-detached houses, sleeping 9 people each. All houses have a private parking lot, independent heating, private garden and satellite tv. In the garden that surrounds the buildings there are the swimming pool (14x7x1.40) with hydromassage and a terrace furnished with gazebo and some sunbeds: the ideal place for sunbathing enjoying the magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside. At the guests` disposal: mountain bikes for rent and booking service for restaurants, tastings and museums. A manège stands in the vicinity. Services and shops are in Greve in Chianti, which is the nearest village to the complex (8 km). Important cities of art, such as Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni can be easily reached by car.

The two-storey houses (3 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) are composed of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and a single bed and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath). The four houses have their own porch furnished with outdoor furniture.
