The estate composes of a villa and a small barn that have been recently renovated. Equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, Internet connection, DVD player, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place), the farmhouse overlooks the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and cultivated fields.

private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1-1.60 m) situated in the 1000-square-metre garden that surrounds the building and equipped with sun loungers is exclusively reserved to guests. The barbecue equipment, a table and some chairs are at guests` disposal in the garden.

The dining room and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor have a direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
