Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa (sleeping 15+3) is situated 300 meters above sea level in Foiano della Chiana (Arezzo), a town of Etruscan origin in Valdichiana. The first Italian commune to declare its independence (1084), in the course of the centuries Foiano della Chiana was at the center of the bloody struggle between Florence and Siena. It is close to Foiano della Chiana, precisely in Pozzo della Chiana, that in 1554 took place the famous battle of Scannagallo, which every year is re-enacted at the end of May. Every year in Foiano della Chiana is also held a famous carnival.

Many tourist destinations of Tuscany and central Italy, such as Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Chiusi, Lake Trasimeno and Lucignano, are within easy driving distance, as well as the spas of San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme and Chianciano Terme.
In proximity to the villa are also a riding stable, a golf club, a tennis club and a large outlet village that sells high fashion items at keen prices.

In the wide fully-fenced garden furnished with chairs, benches and sun loungers are a children`s playground, the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-2.50 m) with whirlpool corner, and the barbecue equipment.

The complex (5 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 supplementary single beds and 11 bathrooms) consists in the main villa and two annexes.

The villa composes of two kitchens, a dinette, a kitchenette, seven living rooms (one is a double-height living room, one has a kitchenette and a dining area, and two have access to two panoramic balconies), a study, a billiard room with table-football table, a gym, a wardrobe room, three storerooms, a laundry room, three double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub), two twin bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom with shower), a single bedroom and three more bathrooms.

An annex composes of kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, whereas the second annex consists in kitchen, living room, multipurpose room and a bathroom with shower.

Three supplementary single beds can be added in any bedroom.
