The country cottage is situated in Valdichiana, in proximity to Foiano della Chiana (Arezzo), in a particularly flat and peaceful area in the Tuscan countryside. The house is immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape made of gentle hills and corn fields. An excellent accommodation for art and culture lovers, who can easily reach Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena and Arezzo, the cottage is just a few kilometers from the thermal baths in Rapolano Terme e Lake Trasimeno. A riding stable, a golf court and an outlet village are just a few kilometers from the estate as well. Guests are granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) situated in the 1000-square-meter garden, about 8 meters from the building. A pergola furnished for having meals al fresco, the barbecue equipment and a private car parking area are at guests` disposal. The owners live in proximity to the cottage and will be glad to help guests in case of need. A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.
