The villa (sleeping 14) is located in Caprese Michelangelo, a town in the province of Arezzo situated 850 meters above sea level, at the border with the Casentino National Park . The ideal accommodation for vacations in Tuscany in close contact with nature, the villa enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding valleys and mountains. Important Tuscan tourist destinations - including Arezzo, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Pieve Santo Stefano and the sanctuary of La Verna - are easily reached by car. Sporty guests can visit the riding stable, golf club and tennis club situated a few kilometers from the estate.

A two-level fenced garden surrounds the ancient peasant house, which has been finely furnished and equipped with all comforts (fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and private car parking place). The garden, furnished with outdoor furniture and equipped with wood-burning oven/barbecue, gives access to a small deconsecrated church situated in the estate. In the garden lies the private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.10-2.30 m) warmed by solar panels. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs and sunshades. Two porches are furnished for having meals al fresco.
