The villa (7 sleeping accommodations) is situated in south-eastern Tuscany, just a few kilometers from Cortona, a small town of Etruscan origins in Valdichiana, in the province of Arezzo. In proximity to the villa are an Etruscan tomb dating back to the 6th century BC and the hermitage Le Celle, renowned for having given hospitality to Saint Francis of Assisi. Arezzo, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, lake Trasimeno and the thermal baths of Chianciano Terme are within easy car distance.

The villa is provided with all comforts and is surrounded by a garden, in which is the private swimming pool, at guests` disposal. The garden and the patio are furnished with outdoor furniture. The barbecue equipment is at guests` disposal.

The two-story building (3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms) composes of kitchen with fireplace; living room with TV set; two double-bedded rooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom; one twin-bedded room; one single bedroom with fireplace; two bathrooms. One of the double-bedded rooms on the first floor is directly access from outside.
